We recently stayed at this luxurious 5-star hotel, and we were thrilled with the exclusive amenities that were offered. The swimming pool and bar/lounge area were top-notch, and the location was advantageous for our needs. The service was exceptional, and the private facilities were a major plus. The room was large, with exclusive room advantages, and it was immaculate.
Our only minor issue was that the carpets in the hallways were slightly worn and could use an update. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, as there are many coffee shops nearby where you can have a nice lunch. You don't have to eat in the hotel's restaurant if you don't want to. it is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and tries their best to assist you. Breakfast offers a variety of options, including bespoke omelets. the hotel has a fitness club and a business center.
One downside is the lack of seating in the lobby, which can make waiting for a long time uncomfortable.

The hotel had a stunning lobby and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of local and western food choices. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions and amenities.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, with stains on the carpets and a lack of attention to detail in terms of floor cleanliness. The room service experience was inconsistent and prone to mistakes.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to several cafes and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was really impressive with a lot of variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of the city were absolutely stunning.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and made the nights uncomfortable. The carpets in the room and hallways were a bit worn out and in need of replacement.
